The Best Rescue Call Is the One You Never Need.

Common Questions From Facility Managers

Does a maintenance plan actually reduce emergency call-outs?

Most refrigeration failures we're dispatched to trace back to a fault that scheduled inspection would have caught — a failing gasket, a dirty coil restricting airflow, a compressor drawing abnormal amperage. A maintenance plan doesn't guarantee zero failures, but it catches the majority before they become a 2am call.

If we're on a plan and still have an emergency, do we get priority?

Yes — plan customers are moved ahead of non-plan emergency calls in the dispatch queue, and get a discount on the repair labor itself.

Can a plan cover multiple locations?

Yes — the Priority tier is built for multi-site operators, with unified reporting and a single account contact across locations. Contact dispatch to scope a multi-site Standard plan as well.

What's actually checked during a scheduled visit?

Coil condition, door gaskets and seals, refrigerant charge and pressure, compressor and condenser performance, and drain lines — the components most likely to fail under normal operating load.
