Your Walk-In Failed.
Your Inventory Doesn't Have To.
We deploy a mobile reefer trailer to hold your cold chain while our licensed 313A mechanics repair the unit on site — one call, day or night.
Who We Rescue
Restaurants & Foodservice
A walk-in down at dinner service means a full inventory write-off by close. We're moving product to the trailer before the kitchen even finishes assessing the damage.

Retail cold cases and backroom walk-ins carry too much volume to lose. We stage cold storage at the loading dock so shelves stay stocked while the unit gets fixed.

Temperature-sensitive stock has compliance requirements, not just spoilage risk. Our mobile units hold the cold chain while our mechanics resolve the fault.

What happens the moment we're dispatched — day or night, the trailer rolls and the fix gets made.

Every Minute Counts. Here's What Happens When You Call.
Most refrigeration companies only do half the job — they fix the unit and leave your inventory exposed the whole time. We handle both, in parallel.
Call the Dispatch
We answer 24/7 — no answering service, no callback queue. A dispatcher takes your equipment details and location immediately.
Inventory Rescue
We drop a mobile reefer trailer at your lot on arrival, so product starts moving into safe cold storage before repair work even begins.
Expert Repair
Our 313A-licensed mechanics diagnose and fix the root cause on site — not a patch, a repair built to hold.
Licensed. Certified. Insured.
B2B refrigeration emergencies aren't a place to gamble on who shows up. Every technician and every trailer is credentialed before it reaches your loading dock.
Common Questions From Facility Managers
How fast can you actually get a trailer to us?
Dispatch targets are location-dependent, but across the core GTA we're typically rolling within the hour of your call. When you call, tell dispatch your address and equipment size up front — that's what determines ETA and trailer sizing.
Do you only do emergency work, or ongoing maintenance too?
Both. Emergency rescue and repair is our core call-out service, but we also run scheduled Preventive Maintenance Plans so the 2am call happens less often in the first place.
Are your technicians actually licensed, or is that marketing language?
Our mechanics hold 313A refrigeration and air conditioning mechanic licensing, the credential Ontario requires for this trade, plus ODP and TSSA certification. We're also fully insured, including bailee coverage for your goods while they're in our trailer.
What happens to our inventory while the trailer is here?
It moves into the trailer's cold storage, monitored, while our mechanics work the root cause of the failure on your existing unit. You're not choosing between saving product and getting the fix done — both run in parallel.
Can you help with an insurance claim for spoiled inventory?
Yes — we work directly with your insurer and can provide documentation of the timeline, our response, and the repair for a spoiled-inventory claim.
Every Hour Your Cooler's Down Is Inventory You Won't Get Back.
Tell dispatch what's happening and where — a coordinator calls you back in minutes to confirm ETA and trailer size. If it's already critical, skip the form and call the line directly.
